Easy Morning Snacks for the whole family!

This is the easiest breakfast morning snack you will ever make! They are delicious and very addicting!

Ingredients:

4-6 Slices of Ham (any brand our favorite is Honey baked kind)
3/4 cup of shredded cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon or Regular mustard
1 Egg
1 can of Crescent rolls (generic or Pillsbury work just fine) **Don't use the "big" ones, just regular sized
1 "mini" muffin pie tin

You will need to dice up the ham into bite size pieces and mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl. Next you will need to open up the Crescent rolls and flatten them out for slicing.

Spray your muffin tin and turn the oven on to 350 degrees to start heating up.

You will then need to start slicing the Crescent rolls into 2x2 cuts. To do this you will use a regular knife. Look for the natural cut marks in the Crescent rolls and use this as your guide. See the picture below

You will then put the cut pieces into the tins and then start filling up the tins with the mixture.

Once complete then you will back for about 10-20 minutes depending on your oven!

You could also use booked bacon or any other cooked meats for a change and to spice it up add some chopped up jalapeno or onions. My kids like them with the original recipe. The heat up as left overs very well. We usually make a huge batch of them on the weekends and then munch on them all week! They are delicious!

Benefits of Facebook

If you don't have a facebook page then you are behind times. Facebook is the adult's version of MySpace. Myspace is so 5 years ago....

This is what all the people are telling me anyway.

The best benefit of Facebook is being able to easily keep up with Family and Friends. For me recently it's been awesome because I have found many of my old friends from High School and even some from Junior high! It's a frickin miracle too because it seems after High School everyone was, to quite the famous Sheryl Crow, "Leaving Las Vegas"!

Well Facebook family and who ever reads my personal thoughts since I don't keep a journal and I just type alot of randomness in here.....

If anyone remembers me from High School....me and Walt got married...I was only 18 and now I am 33...so yeah. Almost 16 years married...and it's been awesome! We have 2 amazing kids and hopefully more on the way.

We are still planted in Las Vegas due to the fact that Walt manages his Dad's automotive shop. But where do we dream of moving to? Oh just beautiful places like...Oregon, Montana, Colorado...are you getting a theme here?!? COLD WEATHER!

It was 110 here the other day....my gas card melted to my cup holder in my truck! It's ridiculous!

Anywho....

The kids are turning 6 in less then 24 hours. I can't believe it. Every birthday year I think back to when I had them and how I had to watch the fireworks from my hospital bed. I can't believe they are going to be 6. They are like little people...thoughts and opinions. In Stereo, no doubt!

I will post a bunch of pictures of the 4th and I might even start blogging about useful things.

Say What?@?
